The Start: In all of its glorious awkwardness.

This being my first post, I wanted something interesting. I wanted something that would keep peoples' attention. But the problem is, it is very hard to find anything entertaining to say, when the internet is such a big place that someone has surely said something like it before. So I am here, sitting at my desk, typing. I am thinking how ridiculous this must sound (or look since your reading it).
The start of anything is always pretty awkward. I mean, In this blog, I plan to make most of my posts unique. In every one of the I hope to have a different message and a different theme. This sounded amazing when I read my friend's blog, and I thought "How hard could it be?" It might be easy to write something different every time, I don't know I've never done it before. But how to start?
This gives me a lot of sympathy for the writer's of Television shows. Imagine this post as being like the pilot episode of a new series. You watch it and you're thinking "What's this going to be like?" Hopefully you can think the same with me. If you watch pilots later however, they can be quite boring. If my blog is like a TV show, then there must be episodes, and in every episode, there is a gimmick, or something that makes it different from the others.
Except the stupid pilot of course. The pilot has to be a neutral episode that sets the tone of all the others. Nothing really interesting can happen, because your still getting to know the series. However it still must be sufficiently interesting so that you keep watching.
Hopefully, this post fulfills those requirements. I hope that you find my blog interesting and informative, and I hope this post has done a good job setting the tone.
              Thanks all.
